Many budget stores ship only after you order; pre-orders sit days before the warehouse sees the item. This leg surprises first-timers most.

Nothing to speed. Pick in-stock, read ship time, don't blame the agent for a slow seller.

Stage 1 — QC, your call

Warehouse gets it, photographs, waits for your green-light. Slow reply slows the haul; clock is in your hands once QC is ready.

A reshoot adds time but free insurance. Most 'shipping slow' starts with stalled QC, not the line.

Stage 2 — pack and consolidate

Pick a line; warehouse packs or merges multiple budget items into one parcel. Consolidation saves freight but adds packing window. Set declared value here.

Budget hauls are small but many — consolidation is where the savings live. Don't ship ten tiny parcels.

Stage 3 — dispatch and flight

Parcel leaves on your line, flies to your region. Long 'in transit' gap is normal. Cheap line may sit at hub extra days; faster costs more.

On a budget, the line choice is the biggest cost lever. Match urgency to cost deliberately.

Stage 4 — customs and last mile

Customs may inspect and charge duty — the one stage neither controls. Clean declaration, sane value, keep boring. Then local delivery, finally normal.

Track last mile like a hawk. Missed delivery adds a week unbudgeted. Be reachable or depot gets it.

What delays you vs what doesn't

Real delays: seller pre-order, stalled QC, customs hold, missed delivery. Non-delays: quiet transit day, weekend no scan. Normal.

Biggest lever is you — in-stock, fast QC reply, deliberate line, reachable. Do those and the wait shrinks to the seller leg.
