Sugargoo's journey: five photos, a hundred days, two thousand routes
Two features shape how Sugargoo actually gets used. Five free inspection photographs means you can check properly instead of glancing. Roughly a hundred days of free storage means you can wait for the right route out of a catalogue that runs into the thousands. Between them sits the ordinary sequence — buy, receive, hold, dispatch — and this page walks all of it.

Paste a link, approve five photographs, hold during the long free window, then pick from a very large route catalogue. Waiting is a strategy here, not a delay.

Timings below are Sugargoo's published figures. Your order page is the record that counts.
Placing the order
Four moves from board to paid Sugargoo order.
A Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or JD link works; searching the name does too.
Size, colour and unit count are locked once submitted.
You pay the item and the domestic leg; international freight comes later.
Domestic tracking, warehouse scan, then photographs.

Five photographs, then a long wait
Scan-in takes about two days, inspection about one more. Goods then wait free of charge, which is the period in which packed dimensions can be weighed properly and a route chosen before anything is combined.
Photographed and filed before the parcel is ever opened.
Enough to check colour, faults, size tag and variant.
The strategic asset — use it to find a better route.
Contents and timing are yours to choose.
Choosing from a very large catalogue
Three moves; the route is the one worth spending time on.
- 1. Whether a line exists
With this many routes there is usually one that fits an awkward parcel.
- 2. Compare on chargeable weight
The same box can be priced very differently. Model two.
- 3. Declare and pay
Set the declared value yourself; freight is billed on chargeable weight.
- 4. Track
Roughly a day after submission, the first scan appears.
Submission starts packing and handover, with tracking appearing on your parcel page afterwards. Freight is set by measured weight and the route chosen, so the estimate can shift a little; the difference settles on your balance.
